  • Hotels
    General FAQ

    1. Can I add additional people to an existing hotel booking?
    Yes. You can add a guest to the same hotel room by calling our customer service desk at +91-992-338-7264. Please note there may be a charge for additional guests.If you need to book an additional room for the guest you may do so as a new reservation.

    2. How do I receive my hotel voucher?
    A reservation voucher will be generated upon payment and this voucher will be e-mailed to you with all the details.

    3. Can I change or make changes to my hotel booking?
    Many pre-paid hotels are non refundable and cannot be cancelled or changed. There is a cancellation fee which may vary from hotel to hotel.Changes to dates, reduction in rooms, guests name or any other amendments are subject to fees based on the hotel’s policy. Not all hotels allow changes; N1Holidays.com may impose a service fee to complete your request.

    4. Why doesn’t the hotel have my reservation when I call?
    Actual guest names will not be available to the hotel until 48-72 hours prior to arrival dependent. In order to adjust room volume the hotel does not receive the name manifest until 48-72 hours prior to arrival. If you have questions about your booking, please contact us, directly up until that time

    5. I want to check out early. Can I get my money back?
    In order to qualify for the rate offered you must stay the entire number of reserved days. No refunds or credits for unused hotel nights.

  • General Questions

    1.Once I’ve begun my trip, who should I contact for help?
    Once your journey has commenced, it is advisable to get in touch with the tour cordinator in the city where you are situated or call us at +91-992-338-7264.

    2. What do you mean by "Per person on twin sharing basis"?
    This means the rates are for one person, when the accommodation is on twin-sharing, i.e., two people are sharing the room. Single occupancy has different rates, please contact us +91-99233-87264 for these rates.

    3. How will my hotel booking or vacation package be confirmed?
    For hotel and vacation packages booked over the phone, our reservation agents would process all your travel details and check for availability with the hotel. Your travel would be confirmed over e-mail as soon as we receive a confirmation from the hotel.

    4.Can I cancel my Holiday tour midway?
    Yes, you can but the amount would be non-refundable

  • Car & Coach Rental

    1.How do I get my driver and car details?
    The car vendor will send your car and driver details via SMS, 40 to 60 minutes prior to departure. In some cases, the vendor or driver may also call in advance to coordinate with you.

    2.I did not receive any call or SMS from the vendor OR I am worried if the cab will come on time or not?
    In such a case, please contact the vendor directly (at the vendor number mentioned in the voucher) for a speedy response. If in a rare case you are not able to get a satisfactory response from the vendor, please call us at our toll free numbers given below. Our agents will help you immediately, and if needed will also try to arrange an alternate cab for you (subject to availability).

    3.Under what circumstance, vendor/driver can ask for extra charges?
    The vendor/driver need to be paid for any extra usage (both in terms of duration and distance) and other items such as night charges, driver allowance, toll taxes, state permit taxes, parking charges, waiting charges etc. if they are not included in your booking amount.

    4.What is Calendar day Definition of a day?
    The Calendar Day or Day in car rental usage is defined as 12 midnight to next day 12 midnight for all the calculation purposes.

    5.I did not get the same car model that I booked with MakeMyTrip. Why?
    The vendor reserves the right to provide an alternative equivalent vehicle in the similar or higher segment (as applicable) if the car model booked is unavailable.

  • Holidays

    1.How will I get the hotel contact details? Do I have to call you?
    The hotel details - Contact Number, Email Id, Address.. Will be mentioned on the vouchers which you will receive once the booking is confirmed.

    2. What are escorted tours?
    Escorted tours are group tours with a fixed departure date. The tours include authentic Indian dinners (and in some destinations lunch as well) and are escorted by one of our tour manager

    3.Can I make any changes to the itinerary while on tour?
    Clients will have to strictly adhere to the prescibed timetable so that the driver/tour director can complete the travel. In the event that any sightseeing schedule is missed due to any delay by the client, the same will not be refunded to the client under any circumstances.

    4.Will I be travelling with a group or with my family alone?
    In Fixed departure, you may travel with a group or you may travel exclusively with your family. It depends on the number of bookings made for the package which you have purchased. If there are other passengers as well who have booked the same package and departure then they will travel with you.

    5.Can I upgrade my hotel while on tour?
    In case the client makes any changes to his accommodation while on tour, N1Holidays shall not refund or pay any compensation. The client is liable to pay any additional sum that is required to be paid consequent to the aforesaid changes made in the accommodation.
